What goes into the AI buying score

The PropertyBox buying score is a 0–100 rating that answers one question: how good is this property for you, today?

The four pillars

  1. Affordability — your income, savings, EMI tolerance vs. price, down-payment, and registration costs.
  2. Location growth — five-year trend in launch prices, infra projects in the pincode, employment density.
  3. Builder rating — RERA compliance, past project delays, complaint volume.
  4. Lifestyle fit — commute time to your workplaces, school district, amenities you marked as important.

What it doesn't do

It doesn't tell you to buy. It tells you what to ask the agent. It's a starting point — not a verdict.

How accurate is it?

Across the 1,200-property pilot, buyers who chose homes with scores above 85 reported 30% higher satisfaction at the six-month mark than those who didn't. We publish updated accuracy numbers every quarter.
